Priority Mechanical was the prime mechanical contractor for the University of Alberta UCommons Building, which included restoration of the historic 1922 Dentistry-Pharmacy Building and the addition of an 8 level tower. The base building work was completed under a stipulated bid contract, while the fit out and tenant improvement projects were completed under a design-assist construction management contract.
