Priority Mechanical was the prime mechanical contractor, working with Chandos Construction on the IPD construction of the new 158 suite senior’s facility in southeast Edmonton. The project involved installation of a high efficient boiler plant, hydronic air handling equipment, commercial kitchen systems, a Combined Heat & Power (CHP) Co-Generation unit, and BMS controls.
