The Clareview Recreation Centre project involved the construction of a new multipurpose facility including an aquatic centre, a fitness centre, a library, a high school completion centre, a daycare, and several multipurpose rooms, as well as renovation of an existing twin arena. Priority Mechanical was the prime mechanical contractor for the project, responsible for the supply and installation of the hydronic systems, plumbing, HVAC, controls, and fire protection sprinklers. The mechanical systems include high efficient equipment and heat recovery technology. The renovation of the existing twin arena and the construction of the new building elements required careful coordination and planning to ensure seamless integration of the mechanical systems.
